Race Numbers

All entries on or before Wednesday 9th October will be sent race packs in the post. If you DO NOT receive your pack by the end of the day on Thursday 17th October please get in touch and let us know at [email protected]

Please be sure to check your race pack contains your race number with detachable baggage label, race information leaflet and chip.

Those who entered AFTER Wednesday 9th October will need to collect your race pack on the day. To collect your race pack, you need to make your way to the collection desks between 8:00 – 9:00am. It will take around 15 minutes to collect number and drop your bag off. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed. Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

When you collect your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

You will find instructions on the back of your chip for how to attach it to your shoe correctly (as below):

Getting there

The postcode for the car park is: LE12 5SH

If you have a sat nav or mapping device we recommend simply popping the postcode into that and following the instructions given. As you get closer to Prestwold Hall there will be road signs and marshals to direct you into the car park. There will be plenty of FREE parking available for all runners and spectators a short 5 minute walk from the event village.

We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We have tear off baggage labels at the bottom of your race number that can be attached to your bag. To collect, all you have to do is hand over your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your belongings.
